NuvoGuard Clip Pro  - Instructions

For the first time configuration:

First, plug the clip to the cell phone.
While the led is blinking insert the phone number you want the NuvoGuard to dial \SMS to when it will sense a movement.
The led will blink for about 10 seconds. During this time it will allow you to configure the NuvoGuard or position it as an alarm (if it was already pre-configured).

User should make sure to complete programming before the led stop blinking .
Configuring the number will be as a standard outgoing call in the following format :

     # # 1 # 0 5 2 4 4 8 5 1 5 7(SEND)

If you want to be notified with a following SMS dial the following (adding * after the number):

   # # 1 # 0 5 2 4 4 8  5 1 5 7 * (SEND)

After pressing the SEND button the call will hang off automatically .

If you want to change the number that was already configured, simply repeat the previous actions but this time with a different number .

 * Make sure you configure the NuvoGuard before the led will stop blinking.

After the NuvoGuard detected a movement and sending a call\SMS to your predefined umber - the system will enter an idle mode for 15 minutes, in which it will wait for your  call.
During these 15 minutes the system will not be sensitive to any movements, but you'll be able to call the device and listen with no one to notice.
After hang up the call to the device – the system will reactivate again.
It is not mandatory to call back to the NuvoGuard's cell phone.

In order to listen with no one to know - you just dial to the NuvoGuard's phone number.

  • From the moment the NuvoGuard has detected the movement, the system will move to a waiting mode as any other alarm system. during this time you will be able to disarm the alarm by unplugging the clip or by typing a deactivation code : # # 3 # 0 (SEND).
You will be able to activate it again by typing the activation code : # # 3 # 1 (SEND) or plug the clip back if it was unplugged.
  • All definitions are stored in to the NuvoGuard memory even after it was unplugged and there is no need to configure it again.
  • There is an option to configure another phone number that will receive only an SMS.
To allocate a number for cell # 2 repeat the first configuration step like you did for cell # 1 but change it to 2:
     # # 2 # 0 5 2 4 4 8 5 4 5 4 (SEND)
  • In order to delete a number that was allocated for a certain cell, you need to program 9999999 as the preferred number as follows:  # # 2 # 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 (SEND) - this will delete cell # 2.
